Main Features

Overall View of Sea of Riches

The first thing that catches the eye in the Sea of Riches slot is that it is pretty different from the typical design, at least by iSoftBet standards.

In fact, we doubt that anyone would say that this is iSoftBet’s game if it were not stated. Here, a huge 6×6 grid dominates the view, while behind it, an attractive backdrop of a tropical island surrounded by vast blue waters makes up the background.

It looks even a bit more cliché when you notice a typical buccaneer standing to the left of the reels, with his big musket, Ara parrot, bezel, and the most important component of the corsair dress code – wooden leg.

The mathematical model in Sea of Riches is a far cry from that found in other versions of iSoftBet. It’s not that the developers have mastered the art of balancing, but the game should be suitable for most players.

RTP and Bet Sizes

While the RTP is solid at the industry average of 96%, the volatility is in the mid-range, which means that wins will occur quite frequently. However, compensation is max. exposure, which is 2416x the bet, so don’t expect to be showered with diamonds.

Meanwhile, bets range from £0.2 to £200 per spin, which should please both high rollers and less risky players.

To score wins, you’ll need to land at least 5 instances of the same symbol vertically or horizontally adjacent, while full combos are achieved with groups of more than 15 symbols.

Paytable

In the Sea of Riches slot, the low-paying symbols are represented by a set of coins engraved with anchors, rum bottles, hooks, bombs and skulls.

Meanwhile, the highest payers are composed of 4 shiny jewels of various shapes in colours, which is rather odd for a pirate-themed slot. There is also a Wild symbol included, helping you form winning combinations by substituting any other regular symbols.

Sea of Riches Bonuses Plays

Sea of Riches is a slot machine where players benefit from a wide range of lucrative modifiers and bonus features. To the right of the reels sit two meters, namely the Treasure Map and the Captain’s Compass.

These are the key to triggering the features and thus success. Keep an eye out for the map symbols on a bottle. Whenever they appear anywhere in sight, they are collected and contribute to the Treasure Map meter.

Loading it completely requires collecting 25 symbols, and once you do, you will advance to the next level. There are 4 levels in total, each offering different Wild Seas modifiers, which can be randomly triggered on any losing spin:

• Level 1 – Wild Kraken : Kraken jumps out of the sea to turn 5 to 10 symbols into Wild.
• Level 2 – Wild Storm : A tornado sweeps across the set of reels, leaving 3 to 9 Wilds in its path.
• Level 3 – Wild Whale : a whale splashes the reels with its tail, adding a cluster of 5 Wilds.
• Level 4: Wild Ghostship : a ghost appears on the reels, adding 2 to 5 Multiplier Wilds to the grid.

The Captain’s Compass, in turn, is loaded when winning combinations are formed, with each symbol loading at 1. Once loaded, one of the following modifiers is activated:

• Rolling Rum: adds 1 – 3 barrels to the reels to turn up to 6 symbols into the same instances of a randomly chosen symbol.
• Musket Mayhem: flips the reels and removes 5 – 12 symbols, triggering a cascade.
• Cannon Blast: fires 1 to 3 cannonballs at the reels, removing up to 3 lines and activating a cascade.
• Swarm O’Parrots: kites fly across the reels, removing 10 to 15 symbols and activating a cascade.

Loading the compass with 48 symbols will activate the Stormin’ Free Spins feature. A wheel will appear to award 5 to 15 spins. During the bonus game, random multipliers up to x10 can be awarded on any spin.
