Betfair now gives you the chance to refer friends with your personal referral link while earning Free Bets in the process. Each successfully referred friend earns you a £20 Sports Free Bet which is paid directly into your account.
Once you have signed up to Betfair, you will be provided with your own personal referral link. This is all the equipment you need to start referring friends. Just pass the link on to friends while convincing them to join Betfair.
Once your friends have signed up to Betfair, you won’t receive the £20 Sports Free Bet right away. Instead, these players need to live up to a few criteria for the bonus to become active:
- They need to set up their Betfair account with your own personal referral code.
- They need to wager at least £50 in the Betfair Sportsbook in 30 days.
- Free Bets used by these players will not count towards the £50 wager requirement.
For each person successfully referred, who lives up to those 3 points, a £20 Sports Free Bet will be credited to your account. The Free Bet will have to be used within 7 days but there are no minimum odds requirements attached to the Free Bet, as is otherwise often the case.
Betfair’s Refer a Friend promotion won’t make you rich but it can be a nice little Bankroll Booster. You can refer as many friends as you want to but the maximum amount received from the promotion is £100 – 5 different Free Bets of £20.
