You must have heard about the legendary game from Evolution Gaming. Dream Catcher is a game of chance that uses a large vertical wheel which is activated by the dealer. It is a variation of the fortune wheel based on simple rules – games of this type can be found in casinos or TV game shows. This time you can easily play it at home at many various UK live casinos.
The Dream Catcher wheel has been divided into 54 equal segments separated by pins. 52 segments are identified by a number (1, 2, 5, 10, 20 or 40) and each number has a unique colour. If the wheel stops at a number selected by the player after starting the wheel, the player wins. The other two segments – bonus 2× and bonus 7× – allow you to spin the wheel again and multiply your next win! Just how we like it!
Dream Catcher – Game Rules
You bet on the number where the wheel is expected to stop: 1, 2, 5, 10, 20 or 40.
The dealer will then spin the wheel. When the wheel stops, an indicator mounted at the top on an elastic strip of leather will mark the winning segment.
Betting wins are paid out on a one-to-one basis – the odds value is equal to the number on the winning segment: e.g. if the winning number is 5, the payout is 5 to 1, if the winning number is 10, the payout is 10 to 1 and so on.
If the wheel stops on the bonus segment (2× or 7×), all bets remain the same and it is not possible to place new bets. After the next spin of the wheel, the obtained number (1, 2, 5, 10, 20 or 40) will determine the amount of the win as usual but in this case, the win will be multiplied by two or seven times – depending on which bonus segment the wheel stopped on in the previous one game.
If the wheel stays on a bonus twice or more times in a row, all bets will stand and the bonus, i.e. the multiplied payout from the last round, will be multiplied again! Now you probably understand why this game has stolen hearts of so many players in the UK! Now it’s your turn to try Dream Catcher yourself!
